What you'll be doing:

·       First point of contact for prospective clients interested in our services.

·       Build an outbound sales process and strategy from scratch to target prospective clients who may be interested in Anata's services. Use market data to build target lists and refine the sales pitch & collateral to improve lead conversion

·       Make and respond to calls and online inquiries from potential clients in Australia

·       Qualify potential clients by asking a number of standard screening questions

·       Analyse and determine key customer insights from business drivers, market trends, customer feedback and operating metrics

·       Liaise with inquiries through multiple channels (e.g. online chat, messenger, SMS, email, phone

·       Reporting to the manager and company directors as and when required

·       Think creatively with respect to our product offering, work with internal teams to reduce sales frictions, and broaden our value proposition to customers

·       Plan and allocate for the best use of team resources in order to meet goals and quotas.

·       Generate weekly performance reports and quarterly/monthly forecasts based on business metrics

·       Collaborative manager and strong influencer with superior interpersonal skills and strong business acumen

·        Be accountable for customer churn from the perspective of sales, onboarding, and expectation management. Work with internal teams to align the customer experience and ensure we deliver what we promise during the sale process. Help build an exceptional customer experience.
